Stephanie Tess Manrique is a Creative Consultant, Public Speaking and Acting Coach. Stephanie trains executives and leadership teams to enhance their communication impact. She believes that leaders who are coherent and aligned within themselves can create connected, engaged and thriving businesses.

Her experience working with talent and leaders spans over 15 years, within the Entertainment industry, Tech industry, Non-profit world, Health and Financial sector. Her clients have been on global stages such as TED X, Sandbox, TOA, Women Teach Men, EO, VICE and The Moth, Netflix and the Academy Awards Museum.

Stephanie founded Conspirators Talent Management Agency based in Berlin. Previous to this she was a casting director for films and TV series. Stephanie has trained with some of the most important Hollywood coaches of our time, such as Sandra Seacat, Larry Moss, Ron Burrus, Alexander Rodriguez, Sheila Gray & Keith Johnstone.

During her years at her agency she worked with some of the most prominent brands of our time such as Nike, Adidas, Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, Volkswagen, Sennheiser, Mont Blanc, Vogue, Jacquemus, Balenciaga, Versace, Kendrick Lamar, Babylon Berlin and Charlie’s Angels.

Stephanie helps her clients embody and convey their ideas vividly and clearly. Due to her experience in bringing characters to life by looking at their conditioning and their circumstances, she has merged techniques from the Dramatic Arts field with holistic practices. Her background is furthermore in therapeutic practices, enabling her to address emotional blockages and work with the body's ability to experience the present moment. She is trained in Pantarei Approach, among other somatic modalities.  When we express our shared humanity it resonates deeply with others.
